A whole free-range chicken for roasting. Season with lemon juice and herbs. The fresh product is described as FREPA accredited and should be consumed within two to three days. From pasture-raised, free-range chickens able to roam and forage on green pasture, with supplementary feed described as free of antibiotics, preservatives and growth hormones.
