A thick-cut steak from the striploin, wet-aged for fourteen days. Lean and tender with a thin top strip of fat for extra flavour. Free from additives, meat glue and transglutaminase. Grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture-raised without hormones, antibiotics, grain or grain by-products.
