Lamb Loin Chops

Also described as mid-loin chops, these tender chops have a rich, sweet lamb flavour and a medallion of tenderloin. Leaner than rib chops and excellent grilled or barbecued, especially rare to medium-rare. Grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture-raised without hormones, antibiotics, grain or grain by-products.
