A pre-sliced whole scotch fillet from the boneless eye of the rib. Grass-fed, pasture-raised and wet-aged, with a natural fat seam for flavour, texture and moisture. Packed together rather than individually wrapped. The whole sliced option is described as twelve slices, suitable for serving twelve people.
