Streaky bacon cut from pork belly, with alternating lean meat and fat. Made from ethically sourced Australian pork, salt, natural wholefood fruit and spice extract, and natural woodsmoke. Dry cured and cold-smoked; the cure replaces pineapple juice. No mineral salts. Nitrate, nitrite, sulphite, sugar, gluten, dairy and soy free, with no allergens or E-numbers. High in protein and described as suitable for keto, carnivore and paleo diets.
