Sliced bacon made from ethically sourced Australian beef, salt, natural wholefood fruit and spice extract, and natural woodsmoke. Dry cured and cold-smoked; the fruit and spice cure replaces pineapple juice. No mineral salts. Nitrate, nitrite, sulphite, sugar, gluten, dairy and soy free, with no allergens or E-numbers. High in protein and described as suitable for keto, carnivore and paleo diets. Pan-fry or bake.
